According to a report last night by The InSneider, Elden Henson and Deborah Ann Woll are reportedly set to return as Foggy Nelson and Karen Page for Daredevil: Born Again. The studio is yet to confirm this, but it matches the direction of travel for this show.

After appearing in all three seasons of Daredevil on Netflix, and several episodes of The Defenders and The Punisher, it looked as though they were omitted from the relaunched MCU show. They had spoken about their wish to return in various interviews, but it seemed like their phones were not ringing.

That show has since undergone a fairly extensive overhaul after production was halted. Clearly acknowledging that something was now rotten within the MCU, the show is being extensively re-tooled to move it completely away from a rumored legal procedural (because that worked so well for She-Hulk!) and make it closer to the original Netflix show. That show is still highly regarded.

That version of the show has been officially welcomed back into the MCU as canon. Meanwhile, Echo is testing the ground for more mature themes with heightened levels of violence within the MCU – something Deadpool 3 will no doubt continue.

Original Daredevil: Born Again writers Chris Ord and Matt Corman have exited, with Dario Scardapane (Jack Ryan, The Punisher) taking over as the new showrunner.

Marvel is said to be keeping some scenes from the few episodes that have already been shot, pre-strikes, but will shoot new scenes and material for those episodes. The rest of the run, the majority of it, is being completely re-tooled.

Charlie Cox and Vincent D’Onofrio recently reprised their respective Daredevil and Kingpin roles in various episodes of various shows across the MCU.
