The livestream is back, baby, and it’s totally in your face, like Poochie the talking dog. It might be coming to the end of the weekend, but the Last Movie Outpost Livestream is guaranteed to cure all hangovers*.
Yoda has reviewed Fantastic Four, and he said it was actually pretty good. Not genre-changing, but a decent watch. However, if the movie came out a few years ago, would it have seemed better?
In the livestream, we’ll be talking about ‘Superhero Fatigue’ and how it’s making good movies worse, or better. We’ve had so many movies thrust upon us, do we need any more, or do we need a break?
This week also saw a trailer for Starfleet Academy. Personally, I don’t want to talk about it, but I know Yoda didn’t watch the trailer. I just want to make him watch it and see if I can get that view in his forehead to pop. #ItllBeFunny
We’ll also be talking about some of the remakes out at the moment. Naked Gun is finally here. I know I haven’t watched it, and I don’t plan on watching it until it’s on streaming. The shills are shilling about how hilarious it is, but Yoda and I will speculate.
There is also another Inspector Clouseau on the way, this time played by Eddie Murphy. Can he hold a candle to Peter Sellers? You know, just like Steve Martin didn’t.
And there is talk of Gremlins 3 on the way, again, too little too late?
Join us on the livestream, you know where and when. However, here it is again, as I know I forget a lot of things lately.
