How many friends did you lose over Street Fighter back in the day? I still think about that kid in the wheelchair; he was good at the game, but not fighting in real life. I digress, a new Street Fighter movie has been in the works for a while, and there is a trailer.
I don’t know about you, but that looks…good. It seems to go back to the old school style of the game and of an ‘80s action movie. Could it be just what the doctor ordered?
Street Fighter stars Jason Momoa, 50 Cent, David Dastmalchian, Noah Centineo, Joe Anoa’I, Olivier Ritchers, Eric Andre, Cody Rhodes, Mel Jarnson, and Callina Liang. Kitao Sakurai directs with Dalan Musson penning the script. The story is:
Street Fighters Ryu and Ken reunite when Chun-Li recruits them for the World Warrior Tournament. As they face a hidden conspiracy, they must confront each other and their past-or face destruction.

Appreciate those posters, it took me 12 hours to edit them, as there were so many of them!
Street Fighter won’t be out until Oct 2026, so this trailer is a little premature. I can’t remember what I did yesterday; I slept since then.
