Good morning Outposters, it’s another Monday, which means another week at work. More team meetings, more putting up with customers, and another meeting with HR about that meme you shared last week.
Forget all that for now, and face this Monday with a smile on your lips and a skip in your step. Firstly, though, let the hate flow. What did you watch this weekend? What do you need to moan about this Monday?
Classic Horror
I saw two classic horror movies this weekend, Blue Monkey (1987) and Night of the Lepus (1972). Blue Money was disappointing, as it wasn’t blue nor did it have a monkey in it. It was more like a giant cockroach thing.
Night of the Lepus was much more fun. In fact, I can say it’s the best giant killer rabbit movie I have ever seen! Some of the effects were cute, as you had a lot of rabbits running around a model of the town.
When the rabbits attack, it is a large stuffed prop, with red paint coming out of its mouth. It was adorable in a horrific way. It’s also starred DeForest Kelley sporting an oddly terrifying moustache.
Monday’s Memes
Now, on to the hilarity of Monday’s memes. We have a new set of memes for you to laugh at and share. Only this time, don’t share them at work; HR said you’re going to need your own parking space for them in a minute.
We have spent the weekend looking for Monday’s memes, though. I spent so much time on them, I didn’t have time to eat, sleep, or let the cat out. Now it’s Monday, and they have been posted, I’m going to have a sandwich and sleep on a soiled mattress, again.
