SnyderBros everywhere will refuse to believe it, but a full trailer for Warner Bros. Pictures and DC Studios upcoming Supergirl has landed.
Craig Gillespie directs Supergirl from a script based on Tom King’s graphic novel Woman Of Tomorrow.
Gillespie was speaking with EW about the movie, and discussed the attention to detail needed for the movie:.
“There are five languages in this film, and Kryptonian is one of them — all original languages. So they had to learn a language. There are some major scenes, like minutes and minutes of dialogue that they’ve got to work with. You really need actors of that caliber.”
He confirmed the movie is set across multiple planets and there is a lot of travelling.

Milly Alcock (House of the Dragon) takes on the role of Kara Zor-El/Supergirl, who travels across the galaxy to celebrate her 21st birthday with Krypto the Superdog. Along the way, she meets a young woman named Ruthye and winds up on a murderous quest for revenge.
Also starring are Eve Ridley as Ruthye Marye Knoll, Matthias Schoenaerts as Krem of the Yellow Hills, Jason Momoa as Lobo, David Krumholtz as Zor-El, Emily Beecham as Alura In-Ze and Alice Hewkin as a Sklarian Raider.
Supergirl opens in cinemas on June 26th.
