Usually the trailers that drop at big events like D23 are released online, officially, moments later. Not so for Daredevil: Born Again. They want to keep it exclusive for those at the event. Forget it Feige, this is the internet. Within the hour, cam versions appeared online.

Better versions may appear in due course. The 2.5 minute teaser trailer featured lots of Matt Murdock (Charlie Cox) and Wilson Fisk (Vincent D’Onofrio) both facing what could be Marvel serial killer Muse. Also involved is White Tiger, Kamala Khan’s father, and Frank Castle/The Punisher.
Deborah Ann Woll returns as Karen Page, as does Elden Henson as Franklin “Foggy” Nelson. Also back are Wilson Bethel as Benjamin ‘Dex’ Poindexter/Bullseye and Ayelet Zurer as Vanessa Marianna-Fisk.
New joiners are Margarita Levieva, Michael Gandolfini, Genneya Walton, Jeremy Earl, and Arty Froushan.
This one is interesting as the whole project was halted and retooled as Marvel signaled their major course correction. Gone was the plan to tie things into She-Hulk, in its place was honoring the well-regarded Netflix series and pulling that officially into the MCU.
This is a signpost project to see if Marvel really is now trying to put things right after their disastrous Phase 4.
Daredevil: Born Again will be two seasons of nine episodes each, with the second season about to begin filming. The first season is due on Disney+ in March 2025.
