**Spoiler Warning**
Later in this article we will talk about that big spoiler, but right now let’s deal with the one that is all over the internet.
An Instagram post by Ryan Reynolds last night caused a lot of online excitement amongst a certain type of fan.
He posted a photo featuring the Avengers logo, with an anarchic “A” painted over it. Reynolds has used the symbol before in the past year and was also used in Deadpool & Wolverine.
So the internet has presumed this is him confirming that Deadpool will appear in Avengers: Doomsday.
Doomsday is about half way through shooting, and not all of the cast has been revealed.
Now, about that big, juicy rumor out there…
Scooper MyTimeToShineH claims that “Luke Cage” was actually the codename used for actor Chris Evans on set.
Evans has consistently denied he is part of this project and has never been confirmed in any casting announcement.
He did re-appear as The Human Torch in Deadpool & Wolverine, but this is expected to be a triumphant return as Steve Rogers.
Either way, Avengers: Doomsday is shaping up to be “must see”, if not for the right reasons…
