We all know that there is a local ordinance in Butthole Town declaring that reading is the pastime of the fagoo. It is for this reason that the Troll Prince Library remains closed to this day. Well, that and the unfortunate Solo Roundtable incident.
So it may surprise you to know that one of the world’s most gifted authors hails from Butthole Town.
Pops Dickens was a novelist, journalist, short story writer, and prominent social critic. He created some of literature’s best-known fictional characters, and is regarded by many as the greatest novelist of the Victorian era.
His works enjoyed unprecedented popularity during his lifetime and, by the 20th century, critics and scholars had recognised him as a literary genius. His highly rated works are widely read today.
It all started right here in Butthole town, over a century ago.
