Before all that, gather, dear Outposters, in the great halls and debate a subject of interest.
Imagine this: you’re given the opportunity to make your movie. Someone saw your screenplay; they loved it, you had that ‘interview’ with Harvey Weinstein, and they are going to produce your movie.
Now, you have to make a big choice: Who will you get for your movie? This is the subject of today’s mid-week debate.
There are many fine actors and directors in Hollywood, but who would you pick for your movie? Obviously, it depends on the type of movie you’re making. There’s no point in casting Ice Cube to play Lincoln. In all seriousness, though, for this debate:
Who would you pick as an actor, actress and director for your movie?
I guess the question is who do you think are the best actors and directors working at the moment? Sure, Tom Holland and Zendaya are killing it at the box office, but that doesn’t mean they are any good at what they do. They have just been cast in the right movies.
So, for this debate, who would you pick? Who do you think would bring your movie to life?
