DUST BUNNY Trailer

Well, this looks interesting. For a while now, we have been crying out for original work. Now it seems Hannibal series creator Bryan Fuller has heard our pleas and made Dust Bunny. Lionsgate just dropped the trailer.

Dust Bunny follows ten-year-old Aurora (Sophie Sloan), who has a mysterious neighbor (Mads Mikkelsen) who kills real-life monsters as he’s a hit man for hire. When Aurora needs help killing the monster she believes ate her entire family, she procures his services.

Suspecting that her parents may have actually fallen victim to assassins who were gunning for him, Aurora’s neighbor guiltily takes the job. Now, he finds himself having to protect both himself and Aurora from an onslaught of assassins, and he will also have to find out that some monsters are real.

A great cast is rounded out by Sigourney Weaver, David Dastmalchian, Rebecca Henderson, and Shelia Atim. This is Fuller’s feature film directorial debut. Here is the trailer:

Fuller also wrote the script for the film, while Basil Iwanyk and Erica Lee produced.

Dust Bunny has its premiere at the Toronto International Film Festival any moment now, before arriving in cinemas on December 5th.
