We’ve been sent a few indie trailers of late. Some interesting, some not so much. We’re all about sharing new and exciting projects, and who doesn’t want an indie movie to be able to break through?
The Road to Patagonia
This is an indie documentary about two people on an “adventure of a lifetime”.
The movie stars Matty Hannon and Heather Hillier. The story is:
The lives of two strangers are changed forever when they cross paths on the surfing adventure of a lifetime, discovering love, downshifting and four charismatic horses.
There’s a nice line in the press release that says “The Road to Patagonia invites you to take a break from digital life and reconnect with yourself, the Earth and each other.” I’m a fan of things like this, and I have a screener which I need to watch.
Hunt Chase Kill
This indie trailer was sent to us by ToughGuyRizzo. We love it when the Outposters reach out to us, you can always contact us if you have any news or reviews. Here is the trailer for Hunt Chase Kill.
I think the phrase ‘Hyper-Indie’ springs to mind. This stars Xander Goldman, Robert Todd Kennedy, Bud Bullen, Amanda Durante, Dallas Cheeseman, and Paul Sutt. The story is:
In “Hunt Chase Kill,” a nostalgic hiking trip turns into a nightmare for a group of friends. As they venture deeper into the woods, they become the targets of three relentless killers who delight in the hunt. Stripped of their defences and forced to rely on their wits, the friends must navigate a brutal game of cat and mouse. With each twist and turn, the line between hunter and hunted blurs, and survival becomes the only goal.
Bound
This isn’t the erotic classic with Jennifer Tilly and Gina Gerson. Bound is a new indie movie and here is the trailer.
Bound stars Ramin Karimloo, Jessica Pimentel, Ethen Herschenfeld, Pooya Mohseni, Bryant Carroll, Aaron Dalla Villa, and Quincy Giles. The story is:
In order to escape her drug-dealing abusive stepfather, a young introvert flees to NYC. After successfully reinventing herself, she realizes she must confront her dark past, to truly be free.
There’s a mixed bag there, but anything indie you fancy watching?
