Yet this seems to come as a surprise to some people.
As yet more evidence of the schism between online entertainment commentary and the world of normos, Reacher has completely defied any and all online noise to once again rip through the ratings with season 4.
The fourth season dropped on August 12th and immediately became the number one streaming title in the USA with 1.5 billion minutes watched that week. Except for the week of August 24th-30th, Reacher held the top spot largely without challenge.
The 5th and 6th season of Reacher are already set. As long as they keep paying him and working around movie schedules, it is likely Alan Ritchson will be Jack Reacher until his knees give up.
