Zack Snyder is proving somewhat bulletproof on Netflix. Army Of The Dead was reviewed poorly, yet lept to the top of streaming charts. Rebel Moon – Part One: A Child Of Fire, the first part of his sci-fi-saga, received similarly poor reviews.

That didn’t stop it. Rebel Moon leapt to the top of streaming charts when it was released in December. The second installment – Rebel Moon – Part Two: The Scargiver – arrives on Netflix on April 19th. There is also an R-rated director’s cut of both movies coming to Netflix in August.

Now Netflix has released the official poster art the sequel.

According to the blurb, the new installment will follow the story of Kora and the surviving warriors as they prepare to sacrifice everything, fighting alongside the brave people of Veldt, to defend a once peaceful village, a newfound homeland for those who have lost their own in the fight against the Motherworld.

Sofia Boutella, Ed Skrein, Michiel Huisman, Fra Fee, Charlie Hunnam, Ray Fisher, and Anthony Hopkins star. A full trailer is expected to land tomorrow.

I have still not seen Rebel Moon. Every time I find myself staring at it on my Netflix menu, then I go and watch another episode of The Gentleman or Formula One: Drive To Survive. Should I bite the bullet?
