Something For The Weekend

The weekend is back and we’re ready for it. We’re all sitting in our underwear, in front of the TV and ready to watch something. Not together, obviously, that would be weird. However, we are together in spirit.

The only thing with the weekend is trying to find something to watch. Looking for a good movie these days is like looking for a Cannon Film movie without boobs. Never fear, though, the Last Movie Outpost has you covered with some movie and TV suggestions for your viewing pleasure.

  • Mobland – TV series – It was a slow start, but the series really picked up, and it’s a great watch.
  • Sharp Corner – Movie – Ben Foster gets obsessed with a dangerous corner near his house. It wasn’t what I thought, and turned out dull.
  • House of the Devil – Movie – Worth it just to see Jocelin Donahue, but an average horror.
  • Last Shift – Movie – Horror, new to me, but looks like fun for the weekend.
  • The Wicker Man – Movie – The original, but a director’s cut, still brilliant!
  • The Legend of Ochi – Movie – Good little movie, see our review.

  • Ballad of Wallis Island – Movie – Again, great little movie, see our review.
  • Fountain of Youth – Movie – Fun movie, but still ending.
  • The Minecraft Movie – Movie – This was Stark, he saw it twice!
  • Always Sunny in Philadelphia – TV series – This is one of the best shows on TV. I love the banter between the guys, genuinely hilarious!
  • The Mummy – Movie – The Hammer version, still classic.
  • Kelly’s Heroes – Movie – Again, still just a classic movie, ‘Quit with them negative waves, will ya!’
  • Only Foos and Horses – TV series – I would love some of the American Outposters to watch Only Fools and see if they understand any of it.

That should keep you busy over the weekend. If not, then I hope you have to watch The Minecraft Movie again, with kids who ask you questions all the way through.

What are you going to watch this weekend?
