Yay, the weekend! It’s like there’s a two-day party at the end of each week. It’s never that great, as you can party on Saturday, but you have to tidy up on Sunday. Most of it is getting those stubborn stains out of the sofa and off the ceiling. We’ve all been there, right? Guys…? …Anyone?
Hopefully, this weekend you have time to sit down and do nothing. You can do nothing in front of the TV and watch some movies. You probably can’t decide to watch for yourself, but the Last Movie Outpost has you covered. Here are some inspired suggestions.
- The McPhearson Tapes – Movie – Found footage of aliens on Earth. It was OK, until the aliens at the end were little kids dressed badly.
- Superman – Movie – This is still in the cinema, you still have the chance to see it.
- Stargate – Movie – The original movie and still good fun.
- Just Before I Go – Movie – A decent dramedy.
- Not Another Teen Movie – Movie – An underrated spoof movie, with boobs.
- Ice Road Vengeance – Movie – A sequel to Ice Road, with Neeson, and terrible.
- Old Guard 2 – Movie – Another pointless sequel, with girl bosses.
- Man Behind the Sun – Movie – Set in a Japanese prisoner camp, and pretty extreme.
- Oblivion – Movie – Tom Cruise and Joseph Kosinski in an underrated sci-fi movie.
- The Fugitive – Movie – He didn’t kill his wife, and Tommy Lee Jones doesn’t care.
- Ash – Movie – New Sci-fi and instantly forgettable.
- U Turn – Movie – Good movie with weird cinematography.
- Karate Kids Legends – Movie – Another pointless sequel.
- Spiders on a Plane – Movie – A terrible ‘horror’ that should have leaned into the campiness of the whole thing.
- MobLand – TV Show – Absolutely riveting. Come for Brosnan’s accent, stay for the violence and swearing.
