We haven’t done a tabloid piece for a while, and that’s a shame. Pieces like this are interesting, amusing, and this one has Sydney Sweeney in it. What’s more, she’s a state of undress. Can you even see that kind of thing on the internet?
Sweeney seems to know what she is: an actress who has enormous boobs. She seems fine with this, and knows how to ‘sell’ herself- no, not like that…yet anyway.
There are actresses we all admire for their acting skills: Meryl Streep, Jodie Foster, and that other one. Then there are actresses that we admire for their, umm, screen presence: Ana de Armas, Margot Robbie, and Bella Ramsey.
I don’t see Sweeney winning any Oscars in the near future; however, she will always have work. We’re not talking about her newest movie, as I have no idea what it is. We are talking about her newest advertising campaign that is all over the interweb.

I, for one, am disgusted and annoyed. All the camera angles are wrong, there isn’t enough lighting, and her hand placement, at times, is terrible.
She’s also appearing in Times Square, well, not her in person, but a poster of her.
Down With This Sort of Thing
Obviously, this has outraged Jabba the Hutt look-alikes- sorry, I mean feminists. One TikToker said:
“I couldn’t believe when that ad came on the tv. I had my 2 children in the living room I had to yell at them to look away from the TV. I don’t understand WHY they would need to create such a [vulgar] ad.”
I would have said to my son, “That’s why you work hard, lad, and make a lot of money! To see my point, look at your mother!”. This is also the reason I’m not allowed to have children.
Other comments online include “disgusting”, “pathetic”, and “inappropriate”. They have also said this is NOT about jealousy; it’s about a male-dominated field, and most women have to prove themselves.
Yes, love, that’s how sports work. I don’t think I would be picked for England’s football team, because I’m unfit and suck at football. They usually pick the best players. If women want to be taken seriously in sports, be good at it, you know, like England’s female football players.
Like Diarrhoea, It Runs Through The Genes
This is not the first time Sweeney has been in trouble for an advert. She did a commercial about jeans, stating:
“Genes are passed down from parents to offspring, often determining traits like hair color, personality and even eye color. My jeans are blue.”
People got their knickers in a twist, both women and men, as this sounded like eugenics. Don’t worry, I had to look it up too; it is “a largely discredited set of beliefs and practices that aim to improve the genetic quality of a human population.”
What’s wrong with that? If everyone were 6 feet tall, with blonde hair, and blue eyes, the world might be a better place. Oh, wait, I hear it now; isn’t that what a painter from Austria said?
I see why everyone was calling them Nazis now. I just thought it was a term you used when you were annoyed online. Now I think about it, I guess my local family-run convenience store wasn’t run by Nazis, just because they didn’t honour that voucher for a free bread roll. I should probably apologise, as they did go out of business because of what I said online.
The Shoe Is On The Other Hand
What I love about the internet is how there are several sides to every story. Sweeney is getting mixed reactions online from her ad. Some people say she’s a 9, while others are convinced he’s a solid 10.
Most women are annoyed, and understandably so. However, there is another side to this. Here is some tennis player taking off his shirt.

I can’t imagine the outcry if this was the other way around, with a female taking her shirt off and men reacting like that. Probably in the same way my wife reacts when she catches me watching those education videos about Japanese spas.
At the end of the day, sex sells. They have tried to calm it down, big up women’s rights, and change the moral code of society. However, the fact that there are women making millions on OnlyFans shows nothing has changed; it’s just not talked about so much.
