Artificial follows the meteoric rise of OpenAI, the company behind ChatGPT. What was, probably, in reality a bunch of ‘spergs slinging code while struggling with their social skills, will be Hollywood-ized to tell of personal rivalries, ego clashes, and ethical tensions.
The cast includes Andrew Garfield as Sam Altman, Yura Borisov as machine learning engineer Ilya Sutskever, and Ike Barinholtz as Elon Musk.
Co-stars are Monica Barbaro, Cooper Hoffman, Zosia Mamet, Chris O’Dowd, Cooper Koch, Billie Lourd, Jason Schwartzman and Mark Rylance.
The movie generated some semi-exciting headlines back in the summer when Amazon MGM Studios dropped the movie after making a huge $50 billion investment in OpenAI.
