They are back, The Gentlemen, in season 2 of the series from Guy Ritchie. Be warned, they use naughty words in the trailer.
Most of the cast are back for season 2: Theo James, Kaya Socdelario, Ray Winston, Joley Richardson, Vinnie Jones, Daniel Ings, and Giancarlo Esposito. However, they are being joined by the likes of Hugh Boneville and professional boxer Chris Eubank Jr.
Not much is known about the story, but it will be a six-episode event, at one hour each. It will pick up straight after the ending of season 1. I have to admit, I’m drawing a blank here; I have seen season 1 but couldn’t tell you anything about it now. Oh, well, time for a re-watch I guess.
With the interest in The Gentlemen season 2, Netflix have already announced season 3. Ritchie will be back directing and producing the show. He said:
“The ambition of The Gentlemen has accelerated, the world has expanded and the consequences carry weight. A third season felt inevitable, and I’m looking forward to pushing the boundaries of it further.”
Season 1 was one of Netflix’s best series, hitting the number one spot in over 75 countries. Overall, it reported over 100 million views between 2024 and 2025.
At least The Gentlemen season 3 won’t have Meghan Markle in it.
The Gentlemen: Season 2 will be streaming on 3rd Sept.
