In the UK, it’s Easter Weekend. This is when we remember how Jesus beat up the Easter bunny and hid all of its chocolate eggs. Whatever happened, we’re thankful we have a 4-day weekend over here.
That means movies, a lot of movies! So, as always, the Last Movie Outpost has some watching suggestions to get through your weekend.
- Naked Gun – Movie – The original and still pure brilliance from Lesley Neelson.
- Somewhere in Time – Movie – Christopher Reeve manages to hypnotise himself back in time to meet Jayne Seymour. It’s a good movie, but a bit stalkery.
- I’m Chevy Chase, and You’re Not – Docu – Telling the story of Chase through the years. He is funny, but kind of an asshole.
- Death Spa (1988) – Movie – A great little slasher movie, when the killer is an AI in a spa, it was stupid, but it had boobs.
- Fast & Furious Presents Hobbs & Shaw – Movie – Does what it intended to do, be stupid, but fun.
- Harvey – Movie – One of my favourite movies of all time, with Jimmy Stewart and a Pooka.
- D.O.A. – Movie – A descent movie in the noir setting.
- Tron: Arse – Movie – Stark loved it on his big TV. I saw it once, and that was enough for me.

- Fever Pitch – Movie – A British movie about football (not hand egg), and good, even if you don’t like Arsenal.
- Nuts in May – TV Movie – This again is one of my most favourite movies ever! It is the most British movie you could ever see; I need to write it up.
- Monty Python and the Holy Grail – Movie – Put on during work and quoting it, word for word.
There you go, that’s the weekend sorted for you. What are you watching?
