*Sigh* Star Wars just won’t die. There’s another season of Ahsoka on the way; here’s the trailer.
I’m sorry if I’m not leaping on a couch like Tom Cruise about this, but I just don’t care. The first season was lacklustre in places, stupid in others, and blood ridiculous in other parts. I can barely tell you anything about it now; Thrawn was in it, right?
It looks like most of the original cast is back: Rosario Dawson as Ahsoka, Natasha Liu Bordizzo as Sabine Wren, and Hayden Christensen as Anakin. I love how Anakin was hated when the prequels came out, but now, it’s like the second coming of the messiah: His presence will save Star Wars. The shills are shilling.
So, in this new season of Ahsoka, she’s looking for some force power that can stop wars. I’m sorry, but I just don’t care, not after the first season gave us things like this.
I’m sorry for not being more enthusiastic about another season of a rather dull series of Ahsoka. Disney Star Wars is just terrible, with dull characters, boring SFX and greenscreen and has about as much interest to me as the car parking prices in south Swansea.
Am I wrong? As a ‘reviewer’, shouldn’t I give the benefit of the doubt?
Ahsoka season 2 will be on TV next year.
