It’s another Monday. So far this year, I’ve endured nearly 342 Mondays. Actually, I just tried to do the math on that, and that’s wrong. Sadly, I have no idea how to work out what’s correct. This is all Monday’s fault; if it wasn’t for that one day, we could all just have an extended weekend.
Well, how was your weekend? Did you watch anything good? Did you need to have a moan this Monday?
My moan for this weekend is Pluribus. We’re on episode 6 at the moment, and I can’t tell you how invested I am in Carol! I’m completely on her side, although I totally get how Mr Diabaté is living. However, I don’t think he thinks much about how he’s having sex with everyone in the world. That’s really weird, but at the same time, imagine the tips the collective could pass on to each other?
Back to Carol, she really is a great character. She’s lucky enough to be plugged into the Borg, and she wants to keep herself to herself. Episode 6 shows what the Borg are up to, which was brilliant.
I said I wanted to moan about Pluribus this Monday, but that’s because it’s only once a week! I hate that I have to wait a week to see the next episode. The series is really well written, and Rhea Seehorn is nailing the role at the moment. You can understand why the Borg don’t like her.
