The show’s fourth season of Amazon Prime Video’s Reacher lands in just a couple of weeks, and unless you are a very grumpy Outposter indeed, then you are probably looking forward to it. Big man punches bad guys very hard. It’s a simple formula, but it works!
Clearly hoping to up the production schedule, the cast for the fifth has already been confirmed, along with the title of the book.
Reacher season 5 will be based on Make Me. This was the 20th book in the series, and it was published in 2015. Production is already underway, expected to wrap by the end of the year.

In this story, a simple moment of curiosity causes Reacher to get off his train in the town of Mother’s Rest. He befriends an ex-FBI agent turned private investigator, Michelle Chang, who is in town searching for a missing colleague. After a few strange things about the town and its people get Reacher’s attention, he decides to stick around. In the process, he and Chang uncover a dangerous and deadly criminal conspiracy… because this is a Reacher story, after all.

Amanda Ip will play Michelle Chang. Jay Baruchel (Blackberry) will play Chief Buck Bauer. Baruchel was cast in the fourth season but had to drop out. Now he gets a second go. Kevin Durand (The Naked Gun) is Nokes, and Ciara Bravo (Voicemails for Isabelle) is Eunice.
The new season of Reacher starts on August 12th on Prime Video.
