It’s so weird that the weekend comes around once a week, just like Mondays. They need to change that, maybe we could all write to our local congressman or whoever is in charge.
You’ve stocked up on snacks, beers, and need something to watch over the weekend. As per usual on a Friday, the Last Movie Outpost has you covered with some suggestions of movies and TV shows.
- Robocop – Movie- The original and still a great movie that’s still a great watch.
- Mr K – Movie – An odd movie starring Crispin Glover. Surreal, but I liked it.
- Withnail & I – Movie – Classic ‘drinking’ movie, first watch, and not overly impressed.
- Wick is Pain – Documentary – A brilliant insight into making the John Wick movies, read our review.
- Minecraft Movie – Movie – This is stupid, but fun, again, read our review.
- Snow White – Movie – One of the best movies ever made! Read our real review.
- Warfare – Movie – An excellent movie, no, it’s a film.
- Spider (2002) – Movie – An odd Cronenberg movie, not up to his usual.
- A Working Man – Movie – Ayer and the Stath, ‘nuff said.
- Raising Cain – Movie – One of DePalma’s best movies, and Lithgow is brilliant in it.
- Starman – Movie – An underrated John Carpenter movie, with a great soundtrack.
There’s got to be something in there for you to enjoy over the weekend. I fancy Robocop again, it’s been too long since I’ve seen it.
