It was quite a day for the online movie community yesterday. It looks like the entire plot of Avengers: Doomsday might have leaked online – via Reddit, where else! – and it went round like wildfire. For a few glorious hours, it was like the old days of the movie internet. It genuinely felt like we were all about to watch Gordon have a beer and cheet (sic) on his wife again, while lusting after a sexy tomboy beanpole.

So, what did all this reveal? Or, at least, claim to reveal? Well, if you are avoiding Avengers: Doomsday spoilers, we suggest you stay away from the movie internet for a while. We aren’t going to re-create the whole plot outline here, as it is still unconfirmed and there are plenty of places you can find it online now.
