Monday is here, Monday is bad, we wish Monday would go away. Remember, it’s not the day you hate, it’s your job. I don’t work for the first two days of the week, I’m the smart.
The good thing about today is the memes; they bring a little happiness into our lives. First of all, you need a moan about what you’ve seen over the weekend. Did you see anything that needs a Monday moan?
I don’t have a moan this Monday, as I had a great weekend. I had a load of photos to edit, so I put some random movies on. They included Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels, Payback with Mel Gibson, and Primal Fear. Man, they were some good movies.
Lock Stock is a hell of a first-time movie for a director. Guy Ritchie has made some great movies; he also remade Aladdin, but we can forgive him for that. His first big movie was a belter, which gave us the Stath, a killer soundtrack, and was just awesome to watch.
Payback was a remake of Point Blank, which I watched again recently. I had forgotten how good both movies are. Point Blank is one of the coolest movies I’ve seen in years.
Primal Fear is a good movie, but if you know the ending, it was strange watching it again. Funny how Ed Norton always seems to have a split personality.
