Well, the wait is finally over. Star Wars is on its way back to the big screen, for better for for worse, with The Mandalorian and Grogu.
The question is, which version of this Mandalorian shows up? The entertaining version from seasons 1 and 2, or the version where he was sidelined in his own show from season 3?

Is there still life in the Grogu character? Has be outstayed his welcome? Or has his moment simply passed and people have moved on as Lucasfilm moves so slowly these days?
Well, we can now start making our minds up as we get to see more of what Jon Favreau has in store for us as the first full trailer for The Mandalorian and Grogu is here:
Alongside the trailer, we also now have a synopsis:
“The evil Empire has fallen, and Imperial warlords remain scattered throughout the galaxy.
As the fledgling New Republic works to protect everything the Rebellion fought for, they have enlisted the help of legendary Mandalorian bounty hunter Din Djarin (Pedro Pascal) and his young apprentice Grogu.“
The Mandalorian and Grogu arrives in theaters on 22nd May, in time to really kick off the summer movie season.
Does it raise a flicker of a childhood memory for you? Favreau knows what he is doing, so is there some hope?
